Our relationship with PCS dates back about 25 plus years. Definitely our processes are easier now that we’re working with PCS. All through, the needs at PCS were met with quick responses and we get through our daily processes a lot quicker than we used to prior to having PCS. I guess the top reason that I could recommend PCS, and do recommend PCS frequently, is the people.

If there’s a problem, we call them up. A lot of times, they take care of something before we even know that it’s an issue. They had a plan, we had training, and then we implemented and learned really quickly from each other—but they were there. Overall, our processes are easier and more streamlined. And whenever there’s a question, we know exactly who at PCS to get a hold of quickly.

We’ve been working with PCS now for about four years. It’s been a great relationship—we’ve really enjoyed it. The entire team at PCS is just fantastic to work with, and they provide us so much support, allowing us to really focus on what we do best. Their responsiveness to us is just outstanding. Their accessibility, their ability to meet us where we are—I think that’s very important.

Having worked with Carmen, Kevin, and Jason—and with Carmen and Kevin for a very long time—I would be remiss not to say: it’s more than just trust. It’s not just, “Here’s what you need, here’s what you should do, here’s the price.” I trust these guys to guide me in the right direction, and I don’t generally question it, because it’s never been the wrong move.
