This position includes a generous compensation package including commission and bonus potential. There are no income caps and you have the potential to consistently earn more than six figures. In addition, you will receive a laptop computer, cell phone and mileage reimbursement, and an excellent benefit package including: medical, life, dental, and vision coverage. A strong sales background is preferred.

Our Senior Account Executives serve as the primary executive in driving revenue for new and existing PCS Managed Services business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business and expands existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts in all sectors located in Memphis
  • Participate in industry networking events to expand business relationships
  • Accountable for responding to client requests and maintaining client relationships
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and ensure deliverables conform to the project specifications and meet client expectations

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ of sales, marketing, or similar experience required
  • Adept at building business relationships that foster and result in new and repeat business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Outlook, MS Project and Sharepoint
  • Ability to develop and maintain meaningful business relationships
  • Motivated self-starter personality
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Account Executive

Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining our activity for New Business.  Ensuring client satisfaction and supporting their systems are essential in this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining high levels of activity in order to drive the acquisition of new business for PCS Managed Services.  This is achieved by making phone calls, participating in ongoing strategy meetings, and leveraging our Marketing efforts.

  • Responsible for customer interaction and managing the sales process from start to finish including prospecting, qualifying, developing, proposing and closing.
  • Turn in all new agreements to Sales Director.
  • Responsible for accurate order entry in Connectwise and other PCSMS systems as required.
  • Responsible for insuring  all sales are carried through to implementation and are satisfactory to client.
  • Engage and manage appropriate technical resources as necessary for development of all client solutions and proposals.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up calls.
  • Print and prepare presentations and proposals.
  • Attend any daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings with Sales Manager and/or CEO.
  • Assist with resolving critical issues with any client/ business relationships.
  • Keep up to date on industry related news and technology.
  • Update all activities, time sheets, and Sales processes within our CRM.
  • Take notes and distribute notes at all client, project, and sales meetings.
  • Create meeting agendas
  • Work closely with Marketing to track leads and set up activities for Sales Team.
  • Turn in all agreements to Sales Director.
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.

Expected Outcomes:

  •  Success in the Account Executive position will be based on your ability to meet or exceed our client’s expectations and by exceeding the quota(s).

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  •   2+ years’ experience in direct customer facing services is required.
  •   Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred but not required.
  •   Knowledge of Connectwise, AutoTask or Salesforce is preferred but not required.
  •   Experience in managing others is preferred but not required.

IT Technician

IT Technician

The IT Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining our end client’s computer systems and networks.  Ensuring client satisfaction and supporting their systems are essential in this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The IT Technician position is a key contributor in the success of managing our client’s networks.  This is achieved by quickly resolving incidents that our clients open tickets for and by constantly monitoring the alerts generated by our tools to resolve incidents before our clients are aware.

  • Success in the IT Technician position will be based on your ability to meet or exceed our client’s expectations and by exceeding the SLA (Service Level Agreements) put in place for the various agreements.
  • The team will be graded on the profitability of the client agreements and on the amount of incidents that are able to be resolved before affecting the clients.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  •   2+ years’ experience in computer systems management is required.
  •   A+ Certification is preferred but not required.
  •   NET+ Certification is preferred but not required.
  •   Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is preferred but not required.
  •   Experience in managing end client networks is preferred but not required.
